ये नियम और शर्तें EFORMX ऐप और वेबसाइट के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। ऐप का उपयोग करने का अर्थ है कि आप इन शर्तों से सहमत हैं।

1. सेवा का स्वरूप

EFORMX एक निजी Digital Service Aggregator प्लेटफॉर्म है जो सरकारी वेबसाइटों से जानकारी दिखाता है और डिजिटल सहायता प्रदान करता है। यह कोई सरकारी सेवा प्रदाता नहीं है।

2. उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारियाँ

• सही जानकारी देना।
• नकली दस्तावेज़ अपलोड न करना।
• किसी अवैध कार्य के लिए प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग न करना।

3. भुगतान

डिजिटल सेवाओं के लिए लिया गया शुल्क सामान्यतः रिफंड योग्य नहीं होता।

4. अकाउंट और KYC
